Reduce Your Processed Foods Intake By Making Your Own Sauces



Most bottled grocery stores sauces are filled with extra sugar, chemicals and junk. A simple way to improve your health and cut down on your processed foods intake is to make your own sauces. Believe it or not, this is easier than it sounds.

You can make things like ketchup, tartar sauce or mayo in bulk. These recipes are usually rather easy, and take little time.  Try making one to two sauces per weekend, and canning or freezing them as appropriate.
