Build Bigger Arms With Tricep Dips

Most men want impressive guns, while women want toned arms. If this is you, have no fear. The most impressive part of the arm, the triceps, is an easy muscle to train and can be worked using minimal equipment.
One popular method of working the triceps at home involves the use of a chair, and using your own body weight as resistance. This exercise will tighten the back of your triceps, and also work your upper body. Having strong triceps will make other arm exercises seem easier as well. So grab a chair and start doing tricep dips.
Begin by standing in front of a secured chair, facing away from it. Place your hands on top of the seat of the chair, with your finger facing you. Your legs and feet should be hip distance apart.
Straighten your arms, but keep a bit of slack in your elbows. Dip down slowly, until your bottom almost touches the floor, then lift back up, using your triceps to push yourself up until your arms are fully extended. Repeat this movement for as many reps and sets as needed.
